What size is a walnut engagement ring box inside?
The interior of the MonoWood single walnut ring box is 1.6 × 1.6 × 1.2 in (41 × 41 × 30 mm). The exterior is 2.2 × 2.2 × 1.5 in (56 × 56 × 38 mm) and it weighs 1.6 oz (45 g). The lid is a magnetic flip-top that opens past vertical and stays open on its own, and the velvet slot holds the band by friction so the ring does not fall out when the box is tilted. It is available with a single slot or a double slot for two bands.
How tall a ring fits in a walnut ring box?
A ring up to 1.2 in (30 mm) tall fits, measured from the bottom of the band to the highest point of the stone. To check yours, stand the ring on a flat surface and measure that height; if it is under 1.2 in, it clears the lid. Cathedral and high-prong settings are the ones to check first. How big is a walnut ring dish?
The MonoWood round walnut ring dish is 3.1 × 3.1 × 0.7 in (79 × 79 × 18 mm) on the outside, with a recessed velvet well of 2.4 × 2.4 in (61 × 61 mm). It weighs 1.6 oz (45 g). The well is sized for the rings you take off at the sink or nightstand, not for stacking.
How big is a mini walnut ring holder block?
The mini ring display block is 1.4 × 1.4 × 0.8 in (36 × 36 × 20 mm), with a slot cut across the top face that holds one band upright with the stone facing out. It is smaller than a matchbox and sits on a windowsill or the edge of a sink.

How were these measured?
With a steel rule on production pieces, read to the millimetre. Interior dimensions are the clear velvet-to-velvet space, because that is what limits the ring, not the outside of the box. Ring height is the vertical from the underside of the band to the top of the setting. Millimetre values are the inch measurement converted and rounded, so 1.6 in appears as 41 mm rather than 40.64.
