Where orders ship from

Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment partner in China by tracked international post, shipped duty-paid to the US and Canada. Typical total delivery is 6–12 business days: 1–3 business days to pack and dispatch, plus 5–8 business days of tracked transit. Nothing here is a pre-order — apart from engraving, which is personalized after you order and can take dispatch up to 4 business days.

What that means for you as a buyer

Shipping from overseas usually comes with three worries — surprise charges, a hard return, and no one to talk to. Here is how each one is handled.

  • No customs charges on delivery. Orders to the US and Canada ship delivered-duty-paid. Duties and import taxes are prepaid by us, and nothing extra is collected at the door.
  • Returns stay in the United States. If a piece isn’t right, it goes to our New Jersey address — not back overseas. 30 days from delivery, and we don’t charge a restocking fee. Email us first for a return authorization.
  • Arrives damaged? We replace it free. Send a photo within 7 days and a replacement goes out. No return needed.
  • Tracking on every order, emailed to you the moment it ships.
  • Free shipping on US and Canada orders of $35 or more. Under $35, a flat $7.99.

The one exception: engraved pieces are personalized to order, so they can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Full detail in our Refund & Returns Policy.
