03 — Our Guarantee

Wood quality

Our slabs are sourced at industry-standard moisture levels, then naturally air-dried in our warehouse for 6–8 years before production. This slow aging is what gives each piece its distinctive grain patterns and natural color variation — no two tables look the same.

Shipping damage

All shipments are fully insured. If damage occurs in transit, we handle the claim and replacement at no cost to you.

Table care

Always use a trivet or mat under hot dishes — never place hot items directly on the surface. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight. Re-apply Osmo Polyx-Oil once a year to maintain the finish.

Order & warranty policy

All custom orders are final — no returns or refunds for change of mind. Minor hairline cracks or small surface marks are natural characteristics of solid wood and are not covered under warranty. In the rare case of severe structural splitting (e.g. the tabletop splitting open from the center), we will issue a full refund. If you're unsure about anything, ask us before confirming your order.

04 — FAQ

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we cover all shipping costs, import duties, and taxes. You pay nothing extra at delivery — the price you agree to is the final price.

Minor hairline cracks and small surface marks are natural characteristics of solid wood — these are not defects and are not covered. However, if your table experiences severe structural splitting (such as the tabletop cracking open from the center), we will issue a full refund.
