monowoodstudio stands for a slower, more intentional way of making furniture. We work with selected hardwood slabs such as black walnut, white oak, and ash, chosen for grain, structure, stability, and the atmosphere they bring to a room.
Every surface is shaped, refined, and finished by hand. We do not hide the maker’s presence or force the wood into anonymity. The live edge, resin tone, base design, and final finish are all considered around the natural character of the slab.
